Garden attempt

August sets in the panic of the first day of school beginning for my kids, my youngest birthday and back to an organized schedule.  Hopefully, it will also bring some yummy watermelon out of our garden.  This is our second attempt to plant it.  The first time it was growing great when we left to camp for a week in Fall Creek Falls only to come back and realize the deer had had a feast while we were gone.  Now it's safely tucked away in a small fenced in garden (or let's hope it's safe).  Join me as we crunch and munch our way through the last month of the summer with quick tips and juicy info on ways to add in some nutritious bites.
