Make a Plan

Make a plan.  To keep veggies from suffering into of a slow decaying brown gunk that’s hardly recognizable as food, make a plan before it even makes it from the grocery store shelves.  Have a rough idea of what your dinner meals and side dishes will be each day.  When there’s an intentional purpose for the veggie, it’s more likely to make it to the dinner table instead of the trashcan
